Ordering Firewood
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks. We ask that all orders be paid in advance of delivery. If cash is your preferred choice of payment, we will do our best to get our schedules to meet ahead of time.
Deliveries are generally completed in 1-2 weeks after order is placed, or can be scheduled in advance. We will give you a courtesy call to let you know when we are on our way to deliver your firewood.
Our Guarantee
Rochester Firewood’s promise to our customers is that you will never be shorted on an order. A face cord is normally 4’ x 8’ x 16” or 42 cubic feet any way its measured. When we load the truck we typically add 10-15% additional that you are not charged for, just to make sure that you are pleased and get the quantity that you ordered. Rochester Firewood’s wood is of excellent quality and ready to burn.
